First Aid with Essential Oils

Lavender: cuts, bruises, burns, stings, lice and helps with bleeding, pimples
Peppermint: headaches and sore muscles, fever
Melrose: cuts and scrapes, fungal infections (athlete’s foot)
Tea Tree Oil: cleaning cuts and scrapes, bug bites, lice, fungal infections, pimples
Purification: bug bites, lice, pimples
Lemongrass, Elemi and Wintergreen: ligaments, carpal tunnel
Marjoram: muscle aches
Lemon: clean hands, clean air
Helichrysum: pain reliever, controls bleeding
Geranium: controls bleeding
Clove: anesthetic (great for splinters, so is Thieves oil) – can get hot, have vegetable oil handy
Rosemary: fungal infections
PanAway: pain reliever
Emotional Aid with Essential Oils
Joy: helps with depression, mourning, foul mood
Valor: alleviates fears, anxiety
Believe: helps depression, stress, anxiety; helps focus on goals
White Angelica: negative energies and emotions
Lavender: calming
Citrus Oils: uplifting
Peace and Calming: quells anxiety and fears
